1
Start with what you actually want
My initial focus is to gather insight and information about your needs and desires, clarifying your values and goals. Many times we think we know what we want, and upon further examination find that we want something completely different.
2
Name what is in the way
Conflicts, marriage, divorce, relationship problems, changes and transitions are often difficult to understand and work through. I help you identify the obstacles — internal and external — that may be impeding progress in your life.
3
Get unstuck
It may be that a limiting belief system or a fear of failure is keeping you stuck and incapable of moving forward. With the gift of intuition and caring for others, I help clients develop clarity and rediscover a sense of purpose and direction.
4
Build a plan of action
Creating a plan of action is the next step to be implemented. I help you stay focused, on track, motivated and accountable — week after week, not just on the good days.
5
Leave with skills you keep
My ultimate objective is to help clients regain their independence and self-reliance. Once these goals are achieved, clients move forward positively on their own, using the skills and tools taught to them, and are able to attain future goals.
